For those attending Wabtec’s 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareowners, please bring photo identification and proof of stock ownership. This event is open only to shareholders of record as of close of market on March 22, 2019. If you do not have a valid form of photo identification and proof of stock ownership, you will not be admitted to the meeting.
The use of cameras (including cell phones with photographic capabilities), recording devices and other electronic devices are prohibited at the meeting.
This session is closed to the media. A press release will be issued post event.
