On July 19, 2019, Ann Klee was elected to serve as a member of the board of directors of Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation (“Wabtec”). Ms. Klee is expected
to join the board of directors in the fourth quarter of 2019 and will join the class of directors whose term expires in 2022.
Ms. Klee will receive compensation in the same manner as Wabtec’s other non-employee directors, as described in Wabtec’s definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed
with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 5, 2019.
