Registered shareholders can access account information at https://www.shareowneronline.com.

WHAT IS THE COST BASIS OF THE WABTEC SHARES I RECEIVED IN THE MERGER WITH GE TRANSPORTATION?

For GE shareholders who received shares of Wabtec stock as part of the Wabtec- GET Merger, the cost basis in the Wabtec stock received is $78.06 per share, which was the closing price per share on February 25, 2019. Wabtec and its affiliates do not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. I’M A GENERAL ELECTRIC SHAREHOLDER. WHY DID I RECEIVE SHARES OF WABTEC AND A CHECK FROM WABTEC?

In February 2019, Wabtec and GE Transportation merged.  As part of this transaction, shareholders of General Electric received shares in Wabtec. In addition, instead of receiving a fractional share of Wabtec, you may have received a check instead. 

HOW DO I REPLACE LOST STOCK CERTIFICATES OR CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY ACCOUNT?

Direct Shareholders

If you hold physical stock certificates, or if your stock certificates have been electronically registered with our transfer agent, you are a direct shareholder. If you are a direct shareholder, you can register to access your account online at www.shareowneronline.com. When accessing your account online you will be able to:

  • Elect to have your dividend payments reinvested or directly deposited into your bank account
  • Update your address and delivery preferences
  • Buy or sell shares of Wabtec stock
  • Download transfer of ownership, tax and other forms
  • View and print your 1099-DIV and or 1099-B

Indirect Shareholders

WHEN DOES THE COMPANY PAY DIVIDENDS?

The Wabtec Board of Directors determines the timing and level of dividend payments at its regular meetings. Typically, the Board declares dividends quarterly. To enroll in direct deposit of dividend payments, you can refer to www.shareowneronline.com

WHEN DOES WABTEC'S FISCAL YEAR END? WHEN DOES THE COMPANY RELEASE EARNINGS INFORMATION?

Wabtec’s fiscal year ends on December 31.

Dates for earnings releases are subject to change and will vary from year to year. Typically, the company releases quarterly results as follows:

First Quarter (Late April)
Second Quarter (Late July)
Third Quarter (Late October)
Fourth Quarter (Late February)

The company usually releases earnings about 8 a.m., eastern time, on the scheduled day. Information on Wabtec’s earnings call will be posted to the Investor Relations section of www.WabtecCorp.com in advance to the event.
